Although, the streets are still insanely shut down. You can't get within 4 or 5 blocks of the area, in either direction. My bank, Wachovia, is half a block away from it. Luckily I wasn't taking out cash, I walk by that corner every few days. Then again, I still can't take out any money because of how few Wachovia's there are in Manhattan.
