Fast Lane Daily Turns 500

It’s hard to imagine such a number. Fast Lane Daily has produced 500 episodes. The big 5 double-oh. This is something very few other online shows have reached, with big names such as Rocketboom.

Edit: TV Week wrote an article about us reaching 500 as well. Very cool.

Now some of you critics may think you’re smart and look at the Youtube episode count, and see less… and yes, that is true, there are no longer 500 episodes listed on youtube, due to some issues still being worked out by our lawyers and such. However, there have actually been 503 episodes to date, not all publicly available.

We’ve gone from this:

To this:

It’s proud to have been part of 500 daily episodes, of a show that is still going strong. This coming February 26th, Fast Lane Daily will turn 2 years old. After only 2 years, the show has grown in epic proportions. Starting at only 1,000 views an episode on Youtube alone, FLD now achieves on average 25,000 views on Youtube alone. Per day. Every day. With an overall total of about 40 million views.

Talk about an amazing feat… and with little to no promotion, to top it off.

Congratulations to everyone who has worked on the show. It couldn’t have been possible without any of you. (I saying this, after editing roughly 350 episodes myself. It’s been a wild ride.)

Here are some photos of today’s production, as it happened. Enjoy… and thanks for watching.
