Again, thanks to all the fans and viewers, and the people involved on a daily basis. You guys rock, every day. Without the group effort, the show would never make it to the internet each day without fail.

While it’s not easy, we make it happen, and this award, despite the size, is well worth it.

In hopes of nice weather this weekend, I decided to check the upcoming forecast…

What’s going on here? We all need a little sunshine once in a while… except for the vampires. they don’t really count as people anyway, so who cares. What’s causing this horrible spring?

If you refer to my Happiness Vs. Weather graph below, you can see by the celebrity comparisons, that the soon-to-be weather is going to have a dramatic effect on happiness levels for the upcoming days.

Not good. Hopefully Britney Spears will release a new album, maybe a duet with Hannah Montana, and it’ll top the charts and bring us some more rain… or maybe not. I think either one of the two is a bad thing to wish for.

Maybe I’m just being extremely overworked and severely underpaid, or one of the two, as usual, but either way, I will feel more comfortable once I’m back in my apartment in NYC.

We drove out to the desert for an hour or so, and ended up in a town called El Mirage, somewhere northwest of Fontana, California. Found a dry lake bed, and had some fun.

We spent most of today filming some Supercar Life footage.

I actually managed to have some fun, delivering equipment.

After eating, the group posed for the camera. Nothing too fancy, but it works.

If you are unfamiliar with Supercar Life, it’s a high-class private day with a bunch of exotic cars… and get this, they’re all automatic. So those of you who can’t drive stick, well, this is for you. Here’s an excerpt from the website:

Anyhow, Wendy’s has done it again. This time… it’s the Spicy Baconator.

After careful thought, I decided to attempt the same format as my previous entry. I took a visit to the nearest Wendy’s, only this time, I was the only one brave enough to tempt fate and eat such a scary meal.

Weighing in at only 287 grams, this 880 calorie monster (500 from fat alone) is frightening to any human being, except most of America.

Unwrapping it presented me with a glistening, shiny, burger… take a few moments to look through the following photos.

I decided to take my first bite…

The flavor was great amazing, especially for 2 beef patties, lots of cheddar jack cheese, multiple strips of bacon, and an odd chipotle mayo type substance that you can see was applied to it with some sort of roller or painters brush. There were also jalapeño’s. Jackpot!

Despite the burgers “spicy” description, it wasn’t really all that spicy. A little tangy, but not much more. I want to say that they watered down the jalapeño brine just a bit. Oh well, not all people can handle the heat of the weaksauce jalapeño.

As I was eating the burger, I glanced at the wrapper that it once resided within…

Yikes. Not a pleasant site at all. There really isn’t much more to say about the Spicy Baconator. It’s not all that it’s cracked up to be, but then again, it is fast food, and there’s a limited amount of respect anybody can give to a fast food meal.

Well, technically I didn’t take the day off. I had the day off because it’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and well, I was off from work to observe the holiday. Everyone at the company was, for the most part. While I should have been an active member of society, going out and respecting the world in which we live in today, which is constantly improving… I decided against it.

I did nothing. Absolutely nothing. In fact, I watched 4 movies today. I was in my bed, in complete darkness, with the shades drawn, watching movies. It was fantastic.

I can hardly feel my body, I am so numb from relaxation I don’t even know what to do with myself. Should I be happy? Should I be confused? Well, I am confused… but how should I react?

Somebody help me, this is too awesome to understand!!!

According to the locals that I met, Detroit is literally nothing but the headquarters for GM. The area below, circled in red, is GM’s headquarters. The blue circle is the convention center. The only two places deemed safe to be for many.

Each day as we entered the convention center, there were crowds of police, bomb sniffing dogs inspecting every bag coming into the building. It’s completely unheard of for people to be outdoors during the night, past maybe 6 PM. One of our cab drivers actually laughed at us when we mentioned wanting to visit a bar after working.

Directly across the river from the hotel is Canada, which did nothing but shine light on how miserable the city of Detroit is. It seemed like land of beauty, despite the numerous smoke stacks and factories puffing smoke into the skies along the border.

Feel free to roam around the two buildings I spent 99% of my time in.
